Some materials require no design intervention , only the courage to let them be entirely themselves. The Vein set is built on exactly that courage. Two forms of Banswara marble , a small cube and a generous rectangular block , each one carrying across its surface a pattern of brown, pink, and purple-grey veining that the stone has been composing since before human memory. The forms are simple: a cube, a rectangle, surfaces polished to reveal the full depth of the veining beneath. Placed together or apart, the Vein set brings to any room the particular authority of a material that has been beautiful for longer than furniture has existed.
