I bought 2 lampshades, the delivery time was a bit longer than expected, but every time i questioned this (i emailed twice about this), i had a response in less than 2 hours and they reminded me delivery time is 2-4 weeks. It's even more beautiful in real life, there's a texture to the shade that you can't fully appreciate in photos, kind of organic and sculptural at the same time. Delivery was quick and well packed.
