How can I change my delivery address?

Once you have passed through the checkout, we are unable to make changes to your delivery address information. 

Where is my order?

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We’ll notify you via email again once we’ve dispatched your order, where you’ll receive a link to track its progress. We work with a third-party courier company to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order.

Please note, we aim to deliver all orders placed on Standard Delivery within 2-7 working days, however some issues fall outside of our control, meaning on occasion your delivery may be delayed.

How can I amend my order?

Once your order has been placed on our system, it is automatically sent over to our warehouse who begin the process of picking and packing your order. This means, once you have placed your order, unfortunately we are unable to amend it.   
We are constantly reviewing and striving to improve our processes to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible, and will let you know should anything change.  

I've received a damaged or faulty item

We are sorry to learn you have experienced this when shopping with us. Each of our products are handmade and have a long journey before reaching you. Whilst we do our best to handle our items with care - we understand these things can happen.
