Some rooms ask to be seen. Others ask to be felt. The Aurexa was made for the second kind, a disc of soft, cloud-white stone that, when lit, doesn't so much cast light as become it. The glow is total, unhurried, and unlike anything a glass or metal shade can produce.
The Aurexa is quieter than it first appears. By day, it reads as a considered sculptural disc, pale, textured, the brushed brass centre grounding it with a single note of warmth. By night, it transforms: the stone surrenders entirely to the light within, the edges dissolving into the wall, the brass glowing at the centre like an ember that has learned restraint.
