There's a particular pleasure in a chair you can study as long as you sit in it. Across its cushions, a whole skyline unfolds in print, domes, archways, fortress walls rendered in fine, repeating detail, the kind of pattern that rewards a second look. The frame beneath stays quiet by comparison: sheesham wood cut lean and straight, its legs crossing low at the front in a simple X that does all the structural work without a single ornament.
