Rather than a single fabric shade, the Sereno uses individual fabric tubes, each one a self-contained cylinder, each one luminous, arranged in two concentric tiers that step outward as they descend. The upper tier is taller. The lower tier broader. The light that falls from the Sereno is unlike any other pendant in the range. Each tube diffuses independently, creating a soft, layered warmth beneath the shade that has depth and texture rather than the flat even emission of a conventional drum.
