Wood bent into something it was never meant to be, and arriving, somehow, exactly where it belongs. The Helion Contour is a spiral of concentric veneer rings, each one curved, each one twisted slightly from the last, building a form that reads like a slow exhale frozen at its fullest point.
The craft of the Helion is visible in a way that most pendants do not allow. The veneer rings, individually formed, individually aligned, create a layered interior that catches light between each band and releases it in warm stripes that fall downward onto the table below and stripe the ceiling above. By day, a sculptural object of considerable presence. By night, a lantern that makes a dining room feel as though the light itself was considered before everything else.
The spiral is the detail that rewards closest attention. Each ring is offset from its neighbour by a precise degree, enough to create movement, not enough to create chaos. The form appears to rotate whether it is still or not, a quality that makes it genuinely different from every other wooden pendant in existence.
Available in two tones. Natural, pale birch with the warmth of fresh-cut timber and a glow that flatters every interior palette. Walnut, deep, rich, the tone of a room that knows what it is and is entirely comfortable with it.
