Glass shaped the way only heat and hands can manage, a tulip that opens upward, its edges undulating as though caught in a breath of air, its form complete in a way no mould alone could achieve. The Vellor Veil does not direct light. It gathers it, holds it briefly, then releases it in warm wings against the wall on either side.
The upward wash is the Vellor's signature, a sweep of warmth that rises from the glass and spreads across the ceiling and wall above, filling the room with indirect light that feels almost candlelit. From the front, the coloured glass glows from within. From either side, the wings extend in a soft bilateral halo that changes the entire quality of a room.
Available in four colourways, each one chosen for how it reads in a room rather than how it looks on a screen. Amber, rich, honeyed, the warmest of the four. Olive, complex, moody, a green that shifts toward gold in low light. Frosted white, diffuse, serene, the purest emission. Burgundy, deep, theatrical, a tone that flatters every other surface in a room.
One colourway per room is considered. All four in a large space is a collection.
