• Eligible consumer orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected

It's even more beautiful in real life, there's a texture to the shade that you can't fully appreciate in photos, kind of organic and sculptural at the same time. Delivery was quick and well packed.
